The head of Crimea supported the initiative to develop a document regulating the development of student groups in the region

The Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, met with representatives of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups. In 2024, 2,626 student workers were employed in the Republic of Crimea. Sergey Aksyonov thanked the members of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian Socialist Republic for their labor achievements, strong civic position and active work in the life of the region.

Student teams of the Republic of Crimea make a significant contribution to both labor activity and labor volunteerism in the region, attracting young people to work in leading sectors of the regional economy and socially significant activities, for example, improvement of cities and villages, – noted the Head of the Republic.

During the meeting, the issue of developing a Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea “On measures to support and develop the activities of student groups in the Republic of Crimea” was discussed. The head of the regional headquarters of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian Socialist Republic, Vladimir Kaidansky, emphasized that this document will optimize and synchronize the work of the republic’s educational institutions, executive authorities, and employers within the framework of the student labor movement.

The event was attended by the Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov, and the Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea Alexey Zinchenko.

REFERENCE. Student teams in the Russian Federation are united into the All-Russian Youth Public Organization “Russian Student Teams”. The Crimean regional branch of MOOO «RSO» is one of the ten best regional branches in the country. At the end of 2023, the Crimean regional branch of the MOOO «RSO» took 2nd place in the country in terms of total indicators among all regional branches of the MOOO «RSO». In 2024, 2,626 Crimean student workers were working in the Republic of Crimea, working as counselors, construction workers, passenger train conductors, doctors, and working in agriculture, service and hospitality.
