CrimeaPRESS reports:
Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov took part in the strategic session on tourism development under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation via videoconference. Mikhail Mishustin noted that, given the growing demand, it is necessary to take a comprehensive approach to the development of the entire tourism industry in order to bring the quality of service in this area to a higher level.
The tourism sector faces a number of key challenges. To solve them, it is necessary to work out clear and understandable actions that will contribute to its dynamic development and give impetus to such important areas as transport, industry, trade, and many others. And this means that more new jobs will appear, additional investments will be attracted, and most importantly, the economy of Russian regions will be strengthened.— the press service of the Head of the Republic of Crimea quotes the Prime Minister.
In turn, Sergey Aksyonov informed about the course of the holiday season in the republic and thanked the federal government for supporting the Crimean tourism industry.
I thank the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin and the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Gennadyevich Reshetnikov for the constant assistance and assistance provided to our region. All support measures are working. Nevertheless, to ensure high rates of tourist flow, it is necessary to resolve issues with logistics. Until mid-September, together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, we will sum up the results of the summer tourist season and outline a plan for further actions— said the Head of the Crimea.
The event was attended by vice-premiers and ministers of the Government of the Russian Federation, heads of Russian regions, representatives of departments and businesses, and others.
