The head of the administration of the city of Feodosia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Popenkov, wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will— said Aksyonov.

RecallVladimir Popenkov was appointed to the post of head of the administration of the city of Feodosia in December 2022.
