The challenge facing our country today is comparable to that faced by our ancestors in 1812 and 1941. In both cases they survived. We must be worthy of them, therefore each of us, our entire society must unite around a single goal — achieving our Victory. Crimeans support the Special Military Operation, our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, and believe in our army. We realize that today national unity is necessary for our country, our future. We will be able to win Victory in the civilizational confrontation with the West only if there is unity between the authorities and the people, representatives of all nationalities and ethnic groups. Crimeans have been contributing to the development of Russia for nine years. We have in fact proven our love for our Fatherland and will continue to be with it in sorrow and joy, we will continue to contribute to the achievement of our Victorysaid Vladimir Konstantinov, wishing everyone good and prosperity, and peace and prosperity to our Fatherland.

During the award ceremony, the chairman of the peasant (farm) enterprise of the Saki district, Vadim Shvydky, who received the Certificate of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea with the presentation of a badge, thanked Vladimir Konstantinov for his patriotism and significant contribution to the events of the Crimean Spring:

It was leaders like you and the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, who could unite the Crimeans, who stood with you in defense of the republic, regardless of nationality and religion, and not give up our small Motherland to be torn to pieces in 2014. Therefore, you are directly related to this holiday — National Unity Day. It is impossible not to note the contribution that we see today in the republic: roads, well-equipped kindergartens, state support in agriculture — we never dreamed of having our own combine harvester, loading equipment, and today all this is available to us at 3-4 percent per annum. Thank you so much for that work, for that day when we all stood up and supported you, ourselves, our Crimea. We have never regretted it and will not regret it! We are on the right track!
