The head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov visited Alushta on a working visit
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov visited Alushta on a working visit. He inspected the city’s significant sites, met with labor collectives and local residents. In addition, the head of the Crimean parliament visited the «Gallery of Illusions» — the largest in Crimea and the entire south of Russia. The unique art object is especially popular among Crimeans and visitors to the city.
Alushta is one of the symbols of the Crimean resorts. Every year the city attracts thousands of tourists. At the moment, the accommodation facilities are filled to a high level. This indicates that serious work has been done to improve the city: comfortable, modern infrastructure has been created, a new temple has been built — a real work of art, and interesting leisure facilities for children and adults have appeared.said Vladimir Konstantinov.
At a meeting with the workforce of the Massandra winery, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea noted that the modern development of the wine industry in Crimea was largely “helped” by Western sanctions.
Today, tens of thousands of Crimeans are involved in the viticulture industry, and Crimean wine is in great demand. There is no other region in Russia with such climate zones that are fully suitable for growing grapes and producing wine as the Crimean peninsula. Every year, we add hundreds of hectares of vineyards. I am sure that Crimea will regain its former winemaking power.— the politician emphasized.
Vladimir Konstantinov also inspected the Alushta sports club «Bars» — a hotel complex with indoor and outdoor sports grounds for training, martial arts competitions, rhythmic gymnastics and ballroom dancing.
Over the past decade, the republic has seen colossal changes in its sports infrastructure: a large number of sports facilities have been built and reconstructed, the Palace of Water Sports, ice rinks in Simferopol and Yalta have been built, and sports halls and grounds have been equipped throughout Crimea. 31 sports grounds have appeared in the village of Partenit and surrounding villages, and five facilities have been opened after improvement. We are managing to restore the former sports indicators lost during the Ukrainian period. I am convinced that the professional level of Crimean athletes will only grow.— noted Konstantinov.
Work on modernizing social facilities in the Alushta district will continue: reconstruction of the building of kindergarten No. 12 for 300 children in Alushta and construction of a kindergarten for 150 children in the village of Izobilnoye are expected. Repairs to kindergartens in the villages of Maly Mayak and Malorechenskoye and the building of the Crimean Cadet Corps are also planned.
