The head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov visited the Kirovsky district on a working trip

As part of a working trip to the Kirov region, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov visited social and cultural facilities, as well as public areas.

In the city of Old Crimea, work on the improvement of the park was completed in 2021. As part of the project, thematic recreation areas, literary trails of Alexander Green and Konstantin Paustovsky, a fountain, a children’s play complex, and a sports ground were installed.

In addition, the city is completing a major overhaul of Catherine Square.

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the implementation of such projects changes the appearance of Crimean cities and villages and increases their attractiveness.

Over nine years, we have carried out serious work and achieved good results: modern, comfortable public areas have appeared in all regions of the Republic. Work in this direction will continue,” the speaker emphasized.

In Old Crimea, the head of the Crimean parliament honored the memory of the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War.

The square, organized at the burial site of partisans and civilians — victims of fascist terror, needs improvement. Let’s take the issue to task,” emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov.

In the village Kirovskoye, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea visited the Central District Library after major renovations. The institution serves about 2.5 thousand readers per year.

I am convinced that in the fight for the spiritual future of Russia, our main weapon is books. They provide deep knowledge and contribute to the formation of personality. Therefore, preserving libraries and popularizing reading among children and youth is one of the priorities of our work.noted Konstantinov.

The building of the Kirov school-gymnasium No. 2 needs major repairs. An application has already been submitted to the relevant ministry to include the school in the list of participants in the federal program “Modernization of school education systems.”

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the possibility of including the institution in the program for 2024 will be considered.

In 2022, the Museum of Military and Labor Glory of the Kirov District underwent major renovations at the expense of the municipal budget. Now it is a historical center with a large number of original exhibits. The museum regularly hosts excursions for local schoolchildren.

The municipal archive building also underwent major renovations using funds from the district budget.

In the “Molodezhny” park in the village. Kirovskoe, at the expense of funds from the republican budget and within the framework of agreements with the Moscow Government, improvement work was carried out.

There are children’s play complexes, recreation areas and photo zones, and a skate area.

During the working trip, Vladimir Konstantinov also laid flowers at the “Grieving Mothers” memorial and the stele dedicated to the participants of the Special Military Operation who died in the line of military duty.
