The head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov visited the Saki district on a working trip

As part of a working trip to the Saki region, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov visited social and logistics facilities and enterprises.

In the village of Frunze, a major renovation of the House of Culture was completed in 2021, carried out using funds from the budget of the Republic of Crimea. Earlier, in 2019, the roof of the building was repaired.

The transformations that took place gave a new impetus to the development of culture in the village. Today the institution has 18 creative groups, employing 275 people. Before the renovation, the premises were not suitable for conducting classes; the building was not heated.

In 2023, a municipal youth center opened in Frunze. Local activists are members of public and volunteer organizations, take part in volunteer events, and implement social projects in their village.

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the activity of Frunze residents, “their caring attitude towards their locality is a positive example for us, since only in this way, through joint efforts, can we effectively and successfully create the Crimea of ​​our dreams«

Work aimed at developing Frunze continues. By the end of the year, the village plans to replace the asphalt on Gagarin Street, and in 2024, within the framework of agreements between the Moscow Government and the Council of Ministers of Crimea, to repair Victory Squaresaid the head of the Parliament of the Republic.

The building of the Ozernovskaya district hospital, which houses palliative care and nursing departments, has been in need of repair for many years. In 2022, the work was carried out using funds from the Crimean budget. Today, according to the hospital management, the 60-bed facility serves not only residents of the Saki region, but also other regions of Crimea and new constituent entities of Russia.

In the village of Mikhailovka, the head of the Crimean parliament laid flowers at the memorial sign to fellow villagers who died during the Great Patriotic War, and paid tribute to the memory of the serviceman, Hero of the Russian Federation Vladislav Turubara, who died during the Special Military Operation. On the eve of Russia Day, a square named after him was laid out in the village, and a memorial sign was erected at the expense of local residents.

An eco-technopark will be opened in the Suvorov settlement in 2024. The complex is designed for the reception and processing of municipal solid waste. Once opened, the site will create 75 jobs. In total, according to Vladimir Konstantinov, the construction of three eco-technoparks is planned on the territory of the Republic.

The school-gymnasium in the village of Uyutnoye is undergoing reconstruction within the framework of the State program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”. Considering the importance of this facility for local residents, Vladimir Konstantinov drew the contractor’s attention to the need to speed up the process of purchasing materials, equipment and furniture in order to avoid the risks of their rising costs.

The head of the Crimean parliament also visited the ice arena for hockey and figure skating, which was opened in the village of Uyutnoye in 2023 on the initiative of Olympic medalist, Honored Master of Sports Ilya Averbukh.

There are halls with artificial ice, a choreography hall, locker rooms, and an ice skating rink. The plans include installing collapsible seats for organizing demonstration performances. Thanks to subsidies from the budget of Crimea, about 800 children from Evpatoria, Saki, Razdolnensky and Black Sea regions can practice popular winter sports at the institution for free.

In the village of Lesnovka, Vladimir Konstantinov visited a modular kindergarten for 100 places, installed as part of the implementation of the United Russia People’s Program. Thanks to the opening of the module and the renovation of the previously existing building, 100% accessibility of preschool education has been achieved in the settlement.

The Winecraft enterprise specializes in growing grapes and producing wines. The organization uses land plots of 22 hectares occupied by vineyards. The company is a participant in the Free Economic Zone of the Republic of Crimea. In 2022, 73 thousand bottles of wine were produced, in 2023 this figure is planned to increase to 88 thousand bottles.

The results of the working trip to the Saki region were summed up during a meeting led by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea with the participation of the region’s leadership and local activists.
