The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation will look into the history of violation of the housing rights of the family of a woman from Feodosia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A resident of Feodosia contacted the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin (at the VKontakte reception), regarding the long-term failure to take measures to relocate her family from their house on Ponomareva Street.
A woman with her elderly parents and daughter live in a small apartment provided to her father under a social tenancy agreement. The building, built in 1917, is in unusable condition: there is no foundation, cracks have formed in the walls, water supply and drainage systems are not connected, and mold has spread in the only living room. The building was declared unsafe in 2020, however, despite the court decision obliging citizens to provide comfortable housing, their rights have not yet been realized.
A procedural check was organized at the Main Investigative Directorate of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the materials of which were added to the previously initiated criminal case. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, requested from the head of the Main Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Nikolaevich Terentyev, a report on the preliminary and final results of the investigation of the criminal case, taking into account the arguments voiced in the appeal— reported in Sledkom.
The execution of the order is placed under control in the central office of the department.
