The head of the Yalta administration deals with the problematic issues of residents
CrimeaPRESS reports:
At the end of last week, Yanina Pavlenko met with residents of Pribrezhnaya and Krivoshty streets and inspected the repair of the stairs in Vasilyevka.
Together with colleagues from the Housing and Utilities Department, Zelenstroy, and the municipal control department, we went to Pribrezhnaya Street, which is in the area of the former Oktyabr cinema. People are complaining about the poor quality of repairs to the adjacent territory, the destruction of a retaining wall in the riverbed, asking for street lighting to be fixed and a flowerbed to be landscaped — Zelenstroy will be doing this in the near future— said the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, following the visit.
The remaining issues raised by citizens are also being worked on, including the issue of opening the bridge and pedestrian crossing to Kievskaya — it is currently welded shut, but residents really need it.
In the Vasilyevka area, Yanina Pavlenko inspected the repair of the stairs leading to the bus station. According to her, the repair there was suspended due to a 30-meter section adjacent to the highway. «Now the concrete is being poured using specialized equipment. Already The stairs will soon be free to use, but while the concrete is setting and the formwork is not removed, I ask residents to use another road— the head of the Yalta administration emphasizes.
And on Saturday morning, Yanina Pavlenko went to meet with residents of Krivoshta Street and began by monitoring public transport traffic.
There are complaints about the work of route No. 20 in the evening. The schedule is interval. From 6:45 to 20:00 — 15 minutes, from 20:00 to 23:00 — 25 minutes. The carrier was contacted, no significant deviations from the schedule were recorded. At the request of drivers and residents of the area, we are considering the possibility of installing a toilet at the final stop— the head of the Yalta administration reported.
This was followed by direct communication with residents, during which she traditionally explained the need for cadastral registration of the adjacent territory, and also reminded them of the areas of responsibility of residents and the administration, and that issues of maintaining common property are decided only by a general meeting of residents.
I have discovered illegal occupation of the territory — an amazing case when a large part of the yard is used by only one family. We will look into it. As for the sanitary condition, it is generally clean, but there is random garbage in places. Residents also note that construction waste is occasionally taken to the container sites, which is unacceptable — it is subject only to specialized removal and disposal— concluded Yanina Pavlenko and added that the inspections of the Yalta, Alupka and village areas will continue.
