The head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, continues to tour apartment buildings

Funds have been allocated for the improvement of the site at Khalturina, 19. And the deputy will work on its content together with the elders of nearby houses and residentssaid Yanina Pavlenko.

The head of the city administration noted the unsatisfactory sanitary condition of the microdistrict and instructed the services to urgently correct the situation. She also noted the need to sort out the storm drains at Khalturina, 20 — the grate has too large holes, which may be unsafe.

The head of the Yalta administration also visited Krasnokamenka.

There are several apartment buildings in Krasnokamenka, the rest is the private sector. There are issues that need to be addressed: gasification is not complete, there are no ATMs, the central street needs repairs, and the solid municipal waste collection site at the trolleybus ring needs modernization. Since there are many elderly people in the village who have difficulty getting to Yalta, we plan to organize mobile receptions for managers and specialists of key departments of the administration— noted Yanina Pavlenko and informed residents that a modern children’s playground will soon open in the village.

In Livadia, Yanina Pavlenko met with the elders of the houses on Baturin and Vinogradnaya streets.

The questions are traditionally general – mainly housing and communal services. We discussed tariffs separately – residents are ready for their increase for cleaning the house and the surrounding area. At Baturina, 6, I inspected the current repair of the entrance – residents are happy. There are questions about the wires hanging haphazardly in the corridors – I instructed them to sort it out as soon as possible. Regarding cadastral matters, I invited citizens to a personal meeting. It is nice that many note the good work of the territorial agency headed by Sergey Tkachenko, — said Yanina Pavlenko.

The head of the administration also informed residents that the reconstruction of Livadia Beach is planned for 2025-2027, and a competition for the concept of the Sunny Trail will be announced.

In Alupka, Yanina Pavlenko held a meeting with the activists of houses on Zapadnaya and Lenina streets:

We worked on many household topics in Zapadnaya. I explained the issues of gasification — it is necessary to clarify the technical capabilities of the house. The collection of more than 90% in the Capital Repairs Fund brings the deadlines for work in the house as close as possible. As for garbage collection on the territory of private unfinished buildings, here we involve the municipal control, which will oblige the owners to restore order.

The main issue that worries residents of houses on Lenin Street is the allocation of their housing and adjacent areas from the territory of the Bobrov Sanatorium. The head of the city administration assured that everything will be decided in favor of the residents.

In house No. 35Ts on Lenin Street, the issue of repairing the first floor entrance was resolved on the spot; it will begin in the near future through joint efforts with the residents.

At Vinogradny Spusk, 3, a retaining wall collapsed. The head of the administration gave the order to clarify whose property it is, whether the construction that is being carried out below the wall is legal.
