The heating season begins in Sevastopol

Today, at a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a resolution was adopted on the start of the heating season.

Connection to the housing stock will begin next. By October 25, heat should reach homes.

According to standards, heating is turned on when the average daily temperature for five days in a row is below +8 degrees, but due to the climate, winds and high humidity, every year we start the heating season earlier— the head of the city clarified.

Let us remind you that earlier utility services have already checked the readiness of housing stock, social facilities and boiler houses for the winter season. The supply of solid fuel for boiler houses is also fully formed.
