The heating season in apartment buildings and dormitories started on October 18 at 8:00. Relevant resolution signed by the head of the administration of the Crimean capital Mikhail Afanasyev. Let us remind you that in educational institutions, medical organizations and social and cultural institutions, the supply of coolant was started on October 17.
The city’s unified duty and dispatch service receives messages from the population and organizations around the clock, including about the lack of heating in apartment buildings and social and cultural institutions.
