The Leninsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea issued a ruling in the case of an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 20.1. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 56-year-old Crimean woman living in the village. Bondarenkovo, Leninsky district, for committing petty hooliganism via the Internet.
During the consideration of the case, it was established that on August 23, 2023, the offender, using the Internet, used obscene language during a live broadcast on YouTube video hosting. It is clear from the expressions that the woman insults human dignity and public morality, and shows clear disrespect for society, the state, and official state symbols of the Russian Federation. At the court hearing, the offender fully admitted her guilt and repented of her crime.— reported the press service of the court.
The court, having comprehensively studied the case materials, taking into account the circumstances of the offense and information about the citizen’s identity, sentenced her to a fine of 80 thousand rubles.
