The House of Culture in the Feodosia village of Blizhnoe will still be repaired, but by court decision

In Feodosia, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to carry out major repairs to the building of a cultural institution in the village of Blizhnoe.

The Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Feodosia, on behalf of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic, conducted an inspection of compliance with legal requirements in the maintenance of the building of the municipal budgetary cultural institution «Nasypnovsky Center for Culture and Leisure of the Municipal Formation of the Feodosia City District of the Republic of Crimea.» It was established that the building is not equipped with cold and hot water supply and sanitation systems, the centralized heating system is in a faulty condition, the permissible temperature conditions are not provided in the classrooms, and violations were also identified in the field of fire safety legislation— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

In this regard, the city prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to carry out a major overhaul of the building. In order to prevent interruption of educational processes, children’s groups were transferred to a general education institution for classes for the specified time.
