The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk visited the GBUZ of the Republic of Crimea “Republican Specialized House of the child for children with damage to the central nervous system and a violation of the psyche“ Christmas tree ”.
This is the only institution in Crimea that provides assistance to orphans and children left without parental care, as well as health problems.
The building, built in 1979, requires major repairs, including updating the premises, facade and roof, engineering networks of water supply and sewage, as well as modernization of the laundry,-quoted the press service Yuri Gotsanyuk.
According to the Prime Minister, at the end of last year, the institution received a positive conclusion from the state examination, and work is currently underway to determine the source of financing for the necessary measures.
To date, 71 children live in the child’s house on full state support, among which 20 undergo rehabilitation as disabled people, 9 have a palliative status, and 10 are on temporary education.
