The number of requests for summer tours to Crimea in 2025 doubled compared to the same period of 2024. There is also an increase in demand for vacation in Kaliningrad, Sochi and Gelendzhik. This was reported to reporters by the Executive Director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) Maya Lomidze.
We see an increase in the number of requests for Kaliningrad, Sochi, Gelendzhik, Crimea. Moreover, tour operators say that the number of requests almost doubled for the Crimea— she said.
Earlier, Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Hanziy declared TASS, that the level of booking hotels and hotels in the region for the May holidays amounted to 27%, for the summer period — 33%. According to him, the active booking of summer holidays in Crimea will not begin earlier than March, which depends, in particular, on the formation of the summer schedule and the start of sales of railway tickets that go on sale in 90 days.
