The Investigative Committee is looking into the housing problems of an orphan from the Crimean village of Krestyanovka
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A 28-year-old orphan from the Republic of Crimea contacted the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, through the Information Center. In 2015, he was given a house in the village of Krestyanovka, which was unsuitable for living: the integrity of the roof was damaged in the building, there were no communications and heating. Despite a court decision made last year to provide the young man with comfortable living quarters, his rights have not yet been realized. Repeated appeals to the relevant structures did not bring results.
In the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, a procedural check has begun based on the received appeal. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, instructed the acting Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Evgeniy Vladimirovich Rudnev, initiate a criminal case and submit a report on the progress and results of his investigation— reported in Sledkom.
The execution of the order is placed under control in the central office of the department.
