The Investigative Committee reminds Crimeans of phone numbers and all necessary communication channels

For the convenience of residents of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, there are various communication channels with the department. They were listed in the regional department of the Investigative Committee:

Citizens can at any time submit an appeal on issues of initiating and investigating criminal cases, conducting procedural checks, complaints about actions (inaction) and procedural decisions of investigators and heads of investigative departments of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as well as on other issues requiring interference from the leadership of the Main Investigation Department; clarify information about a previously submitted application, provide information important to the investigative authorities via Internet communication and an operational telephone line,” noted the Sledkom.

Under special circumstances, citizens are personally received by the leadership of the Main Investigation Department remotely using video communication. To register and receive additional information, please call: 8-(3652)-50-07-58, 8-(3652)-50-07-62.

Officers of the Investigative Committee of Russia take into account the popularity of social networks. In this regard, we have established communication with users who can contact the Main Investigation Department through their VKontakte account link.

Interaction with citizens is also carried out through the departmental Telegram channel @sledcomcrimea.

Such interaction allows the Main Investigation Department to increase the effectiveness of feedback from the population. This is facilitated by the active practice of personal receptions of citizens by employees and management of the Main Investigation Department. Thus, since the beginning of the year, the Main Investigation Department has considered 5,628 requests from citizens, and 2,277 people have been received at personal receptions by management and employees on issues of protecting housing rights, payment of benefits, and social security , health protection, prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency— listed in the Sledkom.

It is emphasized that receiving citizens, working with their appeals and applications has always been and remains a priority activity for officers of the Investigative Committee of Crimea and Sevastopol.
