The investigator and the prosecutor's office are checking information about the use of violence in one of the kindergartens in Simferopol

Investigators from the Central District of Simferopol are checking the information identified during monitoring of Telegram channels.

The girl’s mother reports illegal actions of kindergarten staff against her daughter, whom a preschool employee took out into the corridor, hit her on the back and left her crying in a dark locker room; the post is accompanied by a video.

Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established, the investigation will evaluate the actions of this employee and, in general, the management of the preschool institution— reported in Sledkom.

The Crimean prosecutor’s office is also investigating the circumstances of the incident.

A legal assessment will be given of the actions of the institution’s employees in terms of compliance with the requirements of legislation on education and the protection of the life and health of minors. Previously, the video shows a private institution that does not have a license for educational activitiesnoted the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.

If there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.
