CrimeaPRESS reports:
Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on the progress of the investigation into the violation of the housing rights of a resident of Shchelkino.
Social networks report that in 2015, a dilapidated house in the city of Shchelkino, in which a resident of the region lived on social rent, was demolished. In return, local authorities provided the woman with a room in a dormitory without proper living conditions, and she was forced to live with friends for three years. On this fact, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea are conducting a procedural check— reported the Investigative Committee.
It is emphasized that the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to submit a report on the progress of the procedural audit and measures taken to restore the violated rights of women.
