The Kerch enterprise collected wage arrears in the amount of about 2.3 million rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The management of a company from Kerch, engaged in trading in energy resources, for a long time did not pay additional wages to its four former employees, thereby accumulating debts to them totaling 2 million 100 thousand rubles.

Representatives of the company were not going to pay off wage debts and, therefore, citizens filed a lawsuit against it. However, representatives of the debtor company were in no hurry to meet their former employees. This soon led to the fact that the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the energy company, to which the management of the latter did not react in any way.

This tactic of behavior led to the fact that the company’s debt only increased — the bailiff of the branch issued an order against the debtor company to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 170 thousand rubles. However, representatives of the Kerch enterprise chose to continue accumulating debt. In order to encourage management to pay wages to their employees, the branch bailiff arrested the bank accounts of the debtor company, imposed a ban on making changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and imposed a ban on registration actions with the property belonging to it: a warehouse-type building and fuel tanks. However, the management of the enterprise did not draw the proper conclusions, and then decided to temporarily suspend its activities. Subsequently, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol went to the address of the enterprise, where he drew up an act of seizure of property under restrictions, warning the company representatives that in case of non-payment of debts based on wages, the seized building and fuel tanks will be assessed and sold,” the department’s press service reported.

Subsequently, the debtor company changed management. Wanting to resume the activities of the enterprise in its former volume and trying to preserve its existing production facilities and property, the new representatives soon found the necessary amount and repaid the existing debt, taking into account the enforcement fee, in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiff department.
