The labor market in Sevastopol has changed — how?

The level of employment in Sevastopol over the year increased to 62% (in 2023 — 60.7%). The level of unemployment, designed for the methodology of the International Labor Organization, is preserved at minimal marks and is one of the lowest in Russia, the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Sevastopol said.
Particular attention is paid to stimulating the employment of citizens, professional training of certain categories of citizens, which makes it possible to increase their competitiveness in the labor market and expand the possibilities of employment. The labor market in Sevastopol has changed dramatically: it has become a “applicant market”, and employers now have to actively compete for personnel,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the department Elena Sulyagin.
To overcome the personnel deficit in Sevastopol, the interaction of employers, educational institutions and employment services was built.
On the basis of the modernized employment center, the work center «Work of Russia» was created. Not only the updating of the space was performed, but also the approaches to work were radically changed— added the director of the department.
At the Center for Russia, there was an opportunity to get the services of three organizations in one window mode.
A remote workplace of an employee of the MFC institution has been created, so you can get 42 services in the personnel center, including registration of documents, execution of benefits and much more. At the same time, everyone can apply without reference to the place of residence or registration.
