It was established that the notification of a traffic accident in the form of an electronic document can be drawn up in the form established by the Bank of Russia, using the Unified Portal of the State Services, the official website of the insurer or the mobile application of the insurer if he has appropriate technical capabilities or using the information systems of a professional association insurers.

Access to the official website of the insurer and to the information systems of a professional association of insurers can be carried out, including using ESIA.
