The leader of the Kerch cell of the banned sect «Jehovah's Witnesses» was detained in Crimea

A 53-year-old resident of Kerch held meetings of adherents of the regional cell, promoting the ideas of the sect. The defendant has been detained. <...> As part of a criminal case, he was charged with organizing the activities of a banned religious organization (Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), — TASS quotes the message.
The men’s place of residence was searched and prohibited literature and other illegal materials were seized. Now the Investigative Committee is establishing the involvement of other persons in the sect cell in Kerch.
