The level of bookings of Crimean small hotels for the New Year holidays increased by 5%

The level of bookings of small hotels on the Crimean peninsula for the New Year holidays reached 20%, which is 5% higher than in 2023, reported TASS Chairman of the Association of Small Hotels of Crimea and Sevastopol Natalia Stambulnikova.
Total bookings in small hotels for the New Year holidays reached 20%, which is 5% more than last yearshe said.
Hoteliers note an increase in demand — closer to the New Year holidays they expect 100% of hotel bookings on the southern coast of Crimea and about 60-70% on the western coast.
According to Stambulnikova, tourists are requesting the availability of spa services and swimming pools. Weekend tours are also popular.
Earlier, the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea said that in 2025 the tourist flow to the region is expected to increase by about 20%. He noted that in the first nine months of 2024, the tourist flow to the Republic of Crimea exceeded 5.2 million people, which is 20% higher than the level of the same period in 2023. By the end of 2024, authorities expect about 6.5 million tourists.
