During a working trip to the Belogorsky district, the Head of the Republic of Crimea inspected social, educational, cultural and infrastructure facilities. Sergey Aksenov drew the attention of the municipal leadership to the importance of direct communication with the population and personal participation in resolving all emerging issues. By the end of next week, it is planned to update plans and instructions for the district for maximum efficiency of the administration.
Among other things, the Head of the Republic ordered to check the condition of the river beds flowing within the municipality, to clear them of debris, fallen trees and leaves to prevent the formation of congestion and, as a result, flooding of the territories. In addition, the administration should prepare a register of unused agricultural land in order to attract investors to organize agricultural production.
In the village of Zybiny, Sergei Aksyonov pointed out the need to clean up bridge structures across the Biyuk-Karasu River and close all open sewer wells.
As part of his visit to the Zybinsk Secondary School, the Head of Crimea spoke with the leadership and teaching staff and congratulated the teachers on their upcoming professional holiday. Sergei Aksyonov promised to find funds for asphalting the school yard, repairing or replacing a school bus, and purchasing new computer equipment. Also, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea will include the institution in the plan for installing a fence along the perimeter of the territory.
About 160 people study in 12 clubs and sections at the Zybinsky rural cultural center. The head of the republic instructed to find a solution to organize the heating system of the building and to provide the institution with musical instruments and stage clothing. The rural library, in turn, is visited by 590 readers, the book fund is constantly replenished and amounts to more than 5.2 thousand books. However, for the convenience of users, it is necessary to purchase additional computer equipment.
Then Sergei Aksenov visited the village of Melniki, Zybinsky rural settlement. Local residents weave camouflage nets and make trench candles for the front; finished products are sent to military personnel with the help of volunteers. The head of Crimea expressed gratitude to the villagers for their work and concern, promising to help with materials. In addition, while inspecting the Melnikovsky rural club, the Head of the Republic set the task of resolving the issue of water supply to the institution’s building.
The Vyshensky rural cultural center is in a deplorable state. Sergei Aksenov gave instructions to find options for repairing the building. If this turns out to be impossible, the possibility of installing a new module will be found. The library, which needs new furniture and computer equipment, is planned to be moved to the second floor of the local post office building after renovation.
The municipal budgetary educational institution «Vyshenskaya Secondary School» needs to expand the assembly hall, update seats and equipment. The work plan will also include the installation of fencing around the school grounds. Congratulating the staff of the institution on the upcoming Teacher’s Day, Sergei Aksenov emphasized that Crimean teachers are distinguished by high professionalism, love for children and dedication, thanks to which the school education system in the republic is systematically developing.
The Head of Crimea also appreciated the improvement of the courtyards of Vishennoye’s apartment buildings.
The building of a cultural and leisure institution in the village of Belaya Skala, Vyshensky rural settlement, is abandoned. At the same time, its small area, according to Sergei Aksenov, allows for restoration work. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea needs to work out the corresponding instructions.
In addition, it is planned to allocate about 5 million rubles to repair the roof of the community center in the village of Vasilyevka, which was kept in good condition.
