The list of categories of specialists entitled to receive payments under the Zemsky Doctor program has been expanded

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, they decided to expand the list of categories of specialists entitled to receive one-time compensation payments under the Zemsky Doctor program. The list of structural units in which medical workers work is being clarified.

The list includes paramedic health centers and paramedic-obstetric centers, medical outpatient clinics, centers (departments) of general medical practice (family medicine). I would like to note that four doctors and a paramedic have already been hired under the “Zemsky Doctor” program,” the press service of the Sevastopol Government quotes Vitaly Denisov, director of the Sevastopol Health Department.

In addition, it was decided to make changes to the territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens in the city for 2024 and for the full period 2025-2026. The changes concern the provision of palliative medical care, the provision of medicines and medical nutrition products to combat veterans out of turn. The procedure for paying for medical care under compulsory medical insurance is also changing.

Previously, medical organizations could purchase fixed assets worth no more than 100 thousand rubles; after changes were made to the program, this amount increased to 400 thousand rubles and it became possible, among other things, to pay for the repair and maintenance of fixed assetsnotes Vitaly Denisov.

In addition, the list of studies for the population on reproductive health examinations during in-depth medical examination has been added. Changes have also been made to the list of medical organizations participating in the implementation of the territorial compulsory medical insurance program.

After the adoption of the resolution, 45 organizations will participate in the territorial program, of which 23 are privately owned.notes the head of the relevant department.
