The Lyceum of the Crimean Spring is assigned the status of the Academy of Shkib

Four schools in Russia, including the Lyceum of the Crimean Spring, are assigned the status of the Academy of Skib. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the status of the “Academy of SKIB” has been assigned to the NIFI of the Ministry of Finance of Russia since 2024 for significant pedagogical and scientific and methodological work in the implementation of the practices of school initiative budgeting (ShKIB). In 2025, an open acceptance of applications was carried out from educational organizations and organizations of additional education to obtain status. Along with the Lyceum of the Crimean Spring, the expert commission determined 3 more educational organizations corresponding to competitive criteria: MAOU secondary school No. 3 with in-depth study of individual subjects (Labytnangi, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), MBOU “Lyceum No. 124 named after Lieutenant Colonel of the Police Lazutin D.A.” (city district of Samara, Samara region), MBOU) «Kirikovskaya secondary school» (Krasnoyarsk Territory).

The Lyceum team is actively involved in the implementation of SKIB technology in the republic, and is rightfully considered a leader in this area. At the Lyceum, Skib has become part of educational work, and students take an active part in the launch of the skins from the very first days. In turn, the school teachers consistently implement an educational strategy, creating all the conditions for students to master the basics of financial literacy.

I am very proud that one of the best Crimean schools, among the first in Russia, received the status of the Academy of Skib. Now the Lyceum of the Crimean Spring, like other Academy of SKIBs for three years will contribute to the formation of a professional community in the constituent entities of the Federation, developing the interaction of schools with the management of education and deploying methodological work according to the standard of school initiative budgeting,-quoted the press service Irina Kiviko.
