The main reason for the search for a new job in Crimeans is a low salary

A low salary is the main reason for the change of work-it is because of discontent the size of earnings that 43% of working residents of Crimea are looking for a new place without quitting from the old.
6% of employees entered the labor market due to dissatisfaction with management, the same amount-due to the lack of career prospects. Emotional burnout encourages 5% of workers to find a new place, another 4% are not satisfied with working conditions. 3% of respondents are called key factors a high load, delay in salaries, a desire for change or remoteness of work from a place of residence. 2% indicate as a reason the desire to switch to a more convenient schedule or remote format, the same number of work is started due to the expectation of abbreviations in the current place.
Among other not so popular motives, the presence of penalties at work (although this is illegal), conflicts in the team, monotony of responsibilities, disappointment in the selected profession, etc.
