The main source of inspiration at work for Crimeans is salary

Not only the salary: Crimeans are also inspired in their work by personal success and the opportunity to help people. In an open service survey SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
When asked what inspires most about work, 26% of Crimeans named the salary. 11% of respondents are motivated by success in achieving goals and results. 9% are inspired by the opportunity to help people. 5% value colleagues and a friendly atmosphere in the team. 4% are inspired by communication with people. 3% of respondents each noted that they were energized by the work process itself and the opportunity to develop their abilities. 2% of employees like to show creativity at work, constantly learn new things and solve interesting problems. Only 1% of respondents are stimulated by new challenges. The same number of respondents are motivated to work by self-realization, the opportunity to do what they love and apply their knowledge and experience.
Every eighth person (13%) does not find sources of inspiration at work.
Men are most often inspired at work by salary, the work process itself, and the opportunity to solve new problems, while women are inspired by communication with people, achieving goals, a friendly team, and helping people.
