Arseniy Noskov, an employee of the Alushta emergency rescue team “CRIMEA-SPAS”, saved a man whose leg was crushed by a KamAZ wheel.

The emergency occurred on Saturday around five in the evening in the Angarsk Pass area. Arseny Noskov was heading home in his car during his free time.

On the way, I saw that a KamAZ truck was parked on the roadway, and under it lay a man whose leg was under the front left wheel, — said Arseny. – I stopped, took the first aid kit with me and ran to him. The driver of a passing truck helped unblock his leg. He pulled the KamAZ a little forward with the help of a tow rope. At this time I called an ambulance.

The driver’s leg, unfortunately, was very badly injured and he started bleeding. Arseniy, who has been working as a rescuer for almost 5 years, quickly provided first aid to the victim: applied a tourniquet, stopped the bleeding and recorded the time. Before the doctors arrived, the rescuer was nearby, providing psychological support to the driver.

When talking with the man, it turned out that while driving, a breakdown occurred in the KamAZ. He decided to eliminate her. The man stood up, but did not put the car on the handbrake, and did not place a wheel chock under the wheel. The driver lay down under the truck to look at the breakdown, and at that time the KamAZ began to roll backwards and crushed his leg,” the rescuer clarified.

The victim was transferred to the ambulance staff for further hospitalization. Subsequently, they reported that it was solely thanks to the professional actions of Arseniy Noskov that the victim’s leg was saved.
