The management of the OSFR in Sevastopol answered questions about certificates for TSR

Representatives of the SFR Branch for the city of Sevastopol took part in the meeting of the commission, organized by the Federal State Institution “GB ITU for the city of Sevastopol”. The event addressed the questions received from the Sevastopol societies of the disabled on the appointment of disability pensions, the provision of rehabilitation facilities, as well as the execution of an electronic certificate for TMR.

Before there were only two ways for people with disabilities to receive technical means of rehabilitation: either through public procurement, when the supplier under the contract provides product, or in the form of compensation for self-TRP. The legislation allocates 60 days to reimburse the funds spent, — quotes the press service of the Deputy Manager of the Social Fund for the city of Sevastopol Andrey Chernyshina.

According to him, the electronic certificate has become the most convenient way to get the necessary rehabilitation means, and in a short time — up to 5 days. The certificate is a registry entry on the current MIR card, which contains the type and quantity of technical means of rehabilitation, as well as the reserved amount — the cost of TMR. When paying with the MIR card for the product provided for by the individual rehabilitation / habilitation program, the funds are received directly by the enterprise registered in the state information system of electronic certificates.

Also during the meeting, questions were asked about the pension and social security of citizens who arrived from the territories of the Lugansk, Donetsk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as those living in these territories.

From March 1, pension and social security for residents of new regions will be established and paid taking into account the norms provided for by the Federal Law «On the Peculiarities of Pension and Additional Social Security for Citizens Living in the Territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic , Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia region and Kherson region , — says the deputy manager of the OSFR for the city of Sevastopol Olga Noskova.
