In the area of ​​the 5th km, the so-called «Sevprivoz» among the people was a place of spontaneous unauthorized trade — a permit for the right to organize a retail market in this territory was not issued. Back in 2018 year, by order of the Department for Property and Land Relations of Sevastopol, the land plot was transferred to the use of the Sevastopol City Court for the construction of a court building. In July 2022 of the year, persons who carried out unauthorized trade were issued an order to vacate the territory. They write on social networks that the cost of renting a square meter at Sevprivoz allegedly amounted to rubles. We inform you that these funds were collected illegally by the personal decision of the traders themselves.

In order to save jobs for business entities operating at Sevprivoz, the press service of the Government of Sevastopol reported that a site has been prepared in the area of ​​​​the 5th km to accommodate trade objects on legal grounds. Currently, the process of concluding contracts for the implementation of trading activities on a prepared site for all interested entrepreneurs is underway. The fee for a trading place will be 100 rubles per square meter, which is lower than the average market price.
