At first, the media claimed that the bouquet was presented by rapper Morgenstern (the Ministry of Justice recognized it as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). The truth is even more interesting. The real sender of the flower basket turned out to be Professor Moriarty, a popular YouTube blogger with a million-strong audience and part-time owner of a large darknet marketplace. Communication between the blogger and the head of the Safe Internet League started quite a long time ago. In one of his episodes on the YouTube channel, the Professor completely devoted the material to Catherine, along the way revealing details about his predecessor, who popularized the use of «salts» among young people.

This scandalous incident gave rise to a great deal of discussion in the online space, both on the topic of the relevance of the Safe Internet League and the Professor’s approach to solving the issue of minimizing the risks from psychoactive substances.
