In his opinion, it is necessary to allow families to spend a subsidy for the purchase of goods necessary for the comfortable life of the child. In particular, this can be the purchase of a car, which is a necessity for a family with children. Parents will be able to comfortably and safely take their children to school, to the doctor, to the section or with the whole family to go to nature.

Now the family can direct uterus for certain goals:

• improvement of housing conditions;
• children’s education;
• goods and services for children with disabilities;
• Mother’s accumulative pension;
• Monthly payment for a child up to 3 years.

The rest of the subsidy in the amount of up to 10 thousand rubles can be cashed. These funds can be obtained as a one -time payment to the bank account.

Most often, families send maternity capital funds to improve housing conditions, the chairman of the State Duma committee on ownership, land and property relations, Sergei Gavrilov, recalled. The second most popular method of consumption of uterus is the education of children. From March 1, 2025, maternity capital funds can be directed to the construction of an individual house with the involvement of a contractor working through the mechanism of escrow accounts.
