The course “The Art of Choice” was aimed at creating new forms and approaches to social advertising. 35 directors, screenwriters, creators and representatives of production studios took part in the program. Whatever you do, whatever product you create, you must understand very clearly what you want to say: the trouble of our time is meaningless films, meaningless songs, meaningless books, etc. Meanings are in short supply today. And meanings are, first of all, patterns of behavior. You must understand what kind of behavior people will perceive as a result of exposure to your product, and how this will help them change. And most importantly, think about change — about how to change the world for the better. If we talk about film drama, the change of the hero is the main criterion of a good story. This is the meaning of the social impact of cinema. If we want to change the world we live in, we must understand how we plan to do it— notes President of the Guild of Film Writers of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, screenwriter Alexey Aleshkovsky.
The Educational Environment program brought together vice-rectors for youth policy and educational work of universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, and the Russian Ministry of Education. The program was aimed at stimulating professional and personal growth, introducing innovative approaches to working with youth.
Over the course of 5 days, participants mastered methods of stimulating creative thinking, mechanisms of education and influence on young people, and reviewed modern approaches to managing educational processes. Together with experts, we found out where creativity comes from, innovations are created in the educational environment, and also touched upon MEGAtrends in the creative economy. The result of the program was the presentation of three team projects, which in the future will help create an innovative environment for the development of youth communities and the implementation of creative projects in universities.
It’s important to be unique because there are so many creative products out there and they’re often similar to each other. And if originality is not the basis of your creativity, you will not be able to be unique and competitive in the creative environment. We must constantly strive for creation, for creativity in all its fields: in art, in science, in technology. Creative activity is the only thing that creates something new in our lives, decorates our lives, and allows us to create and develop Russian civilization. We need to strive with our creativity to strengthen the unity of our society and develop cohesion, because when we are together, we are very strong— speaks Director of the Center for Research of the Cultural Environment of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov Oleg Ivanov.
The curator of the educational program was the head of the network interaction service, head of the federal network of art residences “Tavrida.ART” Daria Iodo.
