The Meganom Academy developed ideas for uniting creative youth
CrimeaPRESS reports:
At the Academy of Creative Industries «Meganom» (project «Tavrida.ART») the educational program «Workshop of Young Talents: Time to Act» has ended. The 50 best participants in the Tavrida projects developed new forms of interaction between the art cluster and young talents.
Students of the program are selected in such a way that the best participants from various educational races of the Tavrida art cluster are present here. Everyone is very different: students, young businessmen, creative specialists, youth affairs specialists in the regions. They all know what they want, each has their own promising project behind them. Everyone wants not only to contribute to the development of the art cluster, but also to create an entire youth movement in the country, — notes program expert, methodologist-ideologist, trainer, co-founder of Learning Space Marina Lantseva.
During the week at the Meganom site, the participants explored how the Academy’s services interact with students, and then proposed their own options for optimizing their work, including modernizing the art cluster communities (a series of show programs from residents in the regions, interaction with student projects) , introduction of educational programs aimed at developing skills in monetizing creativity, creating a career support service for participants and assistance in promoting their projects.
The second task that the workshop participants solved was the creation and development of a youth community in the regions. The work began with identifying the current problems of creative youth: lack of platforms for self-realization, lack of interaction between creative communities and the educational system, lack of funding, lack of educational programs aimed at the professional development of artists.
As a result of the work, there was a presentation of several projects of the Tavrida mobile application and options for social networks for the formation of a global hybrid environment (offline and online) and the creation of a global Tavrida community. A two-tier participant path system was also introduced to improve the work of the Academy’s programs, which in the future will increase the contribution of the creative industries to the country’s economy.
Workshop participants suggested art residences of the federal network “Tavrida.ART” as one of the platforms for creating creative communities in the regions. Creative spaces today already unite local active youth at their base. To make their work more effective, the masters propose to increase the staff, establish cooperation with youth affairs committees and student organizations and, most importantly, conduct various mini-festivals and collaborations with large organizations in the country.
The curator of the program is Faina Milevskaya, deputy head of the department for supporting target audiences of the Tavrida art cluster. The pool of experts is represented by: Marina Lantseva, methodologist-ideologist, trainer, co-founder of the Learning Space company, Maria Balioz, methodologist-ideologist, trainer, co-founder of the Learning Space company, Konstantin Klimshin, head of the customer experience laboratory of RNKB bank, Ksenia Bogdanova, head of the communications standardization group clients of RNKB bank, Kirill Vaylunov, head of sustainable development projects of RNKB bank, Egor Andreev, head of the customer experience department of RNKB bank, Lenmar Shabadinov, deputy head of the remote sales and customer support department of RNKB bank, Alexander Snikhovsky, expert of the automated services group of RNKB bank, Daria Lipovetskaya , methodologist, author and developer of educational projects and programs, expert at Rosmolodezh.Grants, expert at grant competitions, Daria Sorokina, advisor to the office of a deputy of the Moscow City Duma, winner of the political scientists competition, and Dmitry Kolonitsky, resident of the Tavrida art cluster.
