The Meganom Academy is truly the education of the future. We do not just sit at lectures, but participate in them in a dialogue format, we immediately receive answers from experts to our questions. All the experts of the Academy are real professionals in their field, so I am grateful that they invest their knowledge in us and give new impetus to development. The information that we are given here changes our view of familiar things, we begin to think differently, we look at familiar things from a different angle. Now we think much bigger, scale ourselves and scale our ideas— Andrey Levakov, a participant in the #InventedOnTavrida project workshop from the Saratov region, notes.

During the week, leading experts from the creative industries shared their experience in the field of project management. Executive producer, director of the Art Platform Open Theater Space Yuri Tsipa told the participants about the importance of the distribution of roles in a creative project team and the specifics of interaction with partners to promote creative projects, and Anna Tkacheva, an art historian, museologist, curator of the Flacon ecosystem, ex-program director of the Geek Picnic festival, explained the basic principles of organizing events in public spaces. Nikolai Afinogenov, head of promotion and analytics at VK LLC, explained the stages of creating a communication strategy and explained in detail the basics of a product-communication approach.

The workshop program #InventedOnTavrida is an excellent example of an initiative that promotes the development of creative industries. This is a platform for young talents and entrepreneurs, a cool platform for networking and upgrading project management skills. Now there is nowhere without project and creative management. Without understanding the principles of organization, planning, budgeting, and the basics of communication, creative projects often fall apart, failing to achieve their goals and objectives. And if they don’t fall apart, then they experience serious difficulties with scaling, — says art critic, museologist, curator of the Flacon ecosystem, ex-program director of the Geek Picnic festival Anna Tkacheva.

The design workshop allowed participants to work out their own projects in detail. At the end of the training, students will return to their regions with individual strategies for the development of initiatives and prepare them for further implementation. In addition, confirmation of the successful development of the program participants was a certificate of advanced training from the Russian University of Economics. G. V. Plekhanov.
