The Design Workshop #InventedOnTavrida has ended at the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries (project Tavrida.ART). As part of the interactive program, participants — authors and project managers — mastered modern management and communication practices, and also built strategies for the development of their projects. From September 23 to 30, 2023, the educational program “Design Workshop #InventedOnTavrid” was held in Crimea at the site of the Meganom Academy. The program participants included 30 managers in the field of creative industries, winners of grant competitions, representatives of non-profit and commercial organizations, cultural institutions and creative associations. During the week they worked on developing competencies in creative project management.
The main goal of the program was to transform the thinking of representatives of the creative industries and strengthen their expertise in the field of project management. The participants understood the composition and roles of the project team, analyzed all project cycles, and studied the main and auxiliary management processes. In addition, we mastered the skills of resource and budget management, negotiations, public speaking and presentations, monitoring and evaluation of work results, and also received expert recommendations for further development.
When you create or create something, remember who you are doing it for. Creativity is a process when we turn our inner thoughts into some form. The result of the process is always some kind of message, and it exists to reach the addressee. Real creativity happens at the moment when this meeting happens. If the message that you put into your work reaches the recipient and generates a response in him, a flash occurs that increases the amount of light in the world. When your light touches someone else and creates a dawn within that person, only then is it worth creating something. During the week, leading experts from the creative industries shared their experience in the field of project management. The manager of creative residences in Russia, founder of Flacon Academy Mikhail Yegoshin conducted a study on the importance of 10 principles of creative management for the successful launch of projects, and the head of the external promotion team and VK digital evangelist Vyacheslav Prokhorov conducted a session on the importance of a personal brand. Expert Rosmolodezh.Grants, chief specialist of the marketing and public relations department of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute for Educational Development, marketer Anastasia Rasskazova outlined trends for promoting creative projects in the media laboratory format.

The design workshop allowed participants to work out their own projects in detail. At the end of the training, students will return to their regions with individual strategies for the development of initiatives and prepare them for further implementation. The design workshop #InventedOnTavrida is held as part of the programs of the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries. This is a conceptually new educational environment for young representatives of culture, art and creative industries, the core of the Tavrida art cluster (a project of Rosmolodezh). The year-round educational center allows specialists to expand their knowledge and professional competencies under the supervision of recognized leaders in the field and take part in interactive projects prepared in collaboration with leading institutions and corporate partners.
