The Meganom Academy will host an educational program to develop regional art residencies

From October 31 to November 5, the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries will host the educational program “Art Residencies: New Points of Attraction”, where young professionals will become familiar with the best practices in forming and managing creative communities, and immerse themselves in the nuances of organizing events and implementing projects in regional art residencies. Registration is open until October 1st at website art cluster «Tavrida» and in the application «Meganome» on the social network VKontakte.

Participants will be able to receive practical advice and tools for developing creative spaces in the regions, exchange experiences and have the opportunity to work in creative collaborations,” say the organizers.

The Art Residence is a multifunctional creative space that promotes the development of creative initiatives and creative industries in the Russian Federation. The goal of the federal network of art residences “Tavrida.ART” is to form a platform that creates equal opportunities for the integration of regional youth policy operators and creative industries into a single network of art residences that provides conditions for the implementation of creative initiatives of youth.

Within the walls of the Academy, participants will acquire new skills and knowledge to create a creative environment, learn the secrets of organizing events, and in the future will be able to independently implement events that arouse interest among wide sections of the population of their city. In addition to the theoretical part, students of the program will realize their ideas and also figure out how to launch projects together with a team of like-minded people.
