The migration situation in the Republic of Crimea is under special control — Sergey Aksyonov

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov held a meeting on issues of refugees and labor migrants on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, which was held on the initiative of the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Special Representative of the State Duma on Migration and Citizenship Issues Konstantin Zatulina.

The migration situation, resettlement and settlement of refugees and internally displaced persons, including education and employment of children of foreign citizens, were discussed. Sergei Aksyonov assured that migration processes in the republic have always been under special control, and problematic issues are resolved manually. In turn, Konstantin Zatulin thanked the leadership of the Republic of Crimea for their joint work and assured that issues related to migration policy will be discussed in detail in the State Duma— reported the Office of Information and Press Service of the Head of the Republic of Crimea.

Also taking part in the event were Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Igor Mikhailichenko, ministers of the Republic of Crimea and representatives of departments.
