Crimean Transport Minister Nikolai Lukashenko addressed passengers (primarily all those who are waiting for the coveted buses and trolleybuses at stops) and urged them not to trust the data from online services.

Dear passengers! Please note that in the Republic of Crimea, the Yandex Maps service operates intermittently and does not correctly display public transport traffic in real time. This is due to the provision of security measures that are being implemented in our region. We recommend that passengers refer to the transport schedule posted in bus stop pavilions or on the official websites of municipal administrations— stated Lukashenko.

He did not specify what the connection was between security measures and a late, jam-packed bus, but he urged passengers to leave requests… online (HERE).
