The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea reminds workers and employers of the agro-industrial complex about the responsibility for violating labor laws. Unregistered labor relations can lead to negative consequences for both workers and employers. Let us recall that in December 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea concluded a tripartite industry agreement on the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Crimea for 2022-2024 with the Republican Association of Employers «Agrarian Union of Farmers-Employers of Crimea» and the Interregional Organization of the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, the All-Russian Public Organization, the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex.
The Agreement is a legal act that establishes the general principles for regulating social and labor relations and related economic relations between employees and employers, general terms of remuneration, labor guarantees and benefits for employees, and also defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties to the social partnership in the agro-industrial complex of Crimea.
For the parties to this agreement, the main priorities are increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural producers, increasing the income of agricultural workers based on increased labor productivity, increasing volumes, quality, and improving production technologies.
The document establishes rules in the sphere of labor relations and ensuring social guarantees for employees of the agro-industrial complex. In addition, the parties to the agreement pursue a policy that promotes the development of potential, the introduction of the principles of decent work, responsibility and social justice.
It should be noted that the results of the agreement implementation were: an increase in the average monthly salary of employees of large and medium-sized organizations engaged in agriculture in Crimea in 2022 compared to 2021 from 38,005 rubles to 44,901 rubles, in 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year from 44,901 rubles to 48,235 rubles, for the period January-March 2024 from 40,448.3 rubles to 47,909.7 rubles, as well as the formation of a database of vacancies in the agro-industrial complex of Crimea indicating the amount of salary, working conditions, the level of required specialization, etc.
