The Ministry of Construction of Crimea has listed the Houses of Culture that will be repaired in two years

As part of the Agreement between the Moscow Government and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, in the Republic of Crimea, in 2024, the implementation of measures for the overhaul of municipally owned cultural institutions began. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Crimea is the main manager of budget funds. The list (according to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea) includes 15 municipal cultural objects:

• Yalta Culture Center;
• library in the village Novoozernoe (Evpatoria urban district);
• Central Children’s Library of Armyansk;
• Feodosia City House of Culture (roof);
• Pervomaisky District House of Culture;
• house of culture in the village Kalinino, Pervomaisky district;
• house of culture in the village Shop in Krasnoperekopsky district;
• house of culture in the village Grain of Krasnogvardeisky district;
• house of culture in the village Pushkino, Sovetsky district;
• house of culture in the village Cozy Saki district;
• house of culture in the village Grushevka (Sudak urban district);
• house of culture in the village Tenistoe, Bakhchisarai district;
• house of culture in the village Krasnovka, Simferopol district;
• house of culture in Razdolnensky district;
• house of culture in the Black Sea region.

Completion of major repairs on the above facilities in accordance with the terms of the concluded agreement is planned in 2025. The exception is three objects: the State House of Culture in Feodosia, libraries in Armyansk and Novoozerny.
