The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation intends to sort out pricing for apartments
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation will raise the issue of the price per square meter in the residential real estate market. Deputy head of the department Nikita Stasishin announced this on Wednesday, November 1, at the Moscow Forum of Real Estate Market Leaders. In his opinion, they report Newsthe time has come to analyze what constitutes the cost, as well as assess the situation with the cost and profitability of projects in order to make housing affordable.
The Russian Ministry of Construction will raise the issue of the price per square meter, having laid out all the components that were there. This means: cost, investment cost, cost of money, selling price, intra-investment cost, cost of loans, social benefits and everything else.said Nikita Stasishin.
According to the specialist, the ministry will study where optimization can occur.
In addition, he noted that the department will consider the cost components together with the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance and departments of other industries, as well as with the regions.
Earlier, on October 1, Izvestia was informed by the federal company Etazhi that in September in some major Russian cities the average cost per square meter of secondary housing increased by more than 3%. According to experts, this is the most significant monthly increase in the average cost per square meter of secondary housing since the beginning of the year.
The reason is the high level of demand that the owners felt, and some of them raised prices for their properties, plus the supply structure changed — they were buying up the most affordable apartment options first.
