The Ministry of Crimea Minkois is collecting proposals for the implementation of investment projects for the creation of modular hotels

The beginning of the reception of proposals is February 12, 2025, the end of the acceptance of applications on February 24, 2025 until 18.00.

Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in the framework of the state program “Development of Tourism”, as well as the national project “Tourism and Hospital”, announced the competitive selection of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in whose territory the implementation of such investment projects is supposed.

Subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation may be provided to co -financing the expenditure obligations of the country’s regions to provide legal entities (with the exception of non -profit organizations that are state (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs from the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation for financial support and (or) Reimbursement of costs for the acquisition and installation of modular non -capital accommodation facilities during the implementation of investment projects.

As the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea Sergey Gansi noted, 11 projects to create modular hotels have already been implemented on the territory of the republic. Projects were implemented in Simferopol, Bakhchisaray, Black Sea districts, Sudak and Alushta regions and are designed for year -round rest.

Such rapidly vested accommodation agents have become an alternative to capital hotels in terms of environmental friendliness, novelty and locations. Some of them are built in the immediate vicinity of natural objects or, conversely, near popular highways for the convenience of auto tutorists. These are individual cottages or glampings with all amenities and communications, while the rest in them is more secluded and self -sufficient, which is in demand among modern tourists. From the point of view of investors, these are advantageous investments, rapidly abundant and affordable— notes the minister.
