The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation — about the morning «combined attack» of drones in Sevastopol

As we already reported, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack on Sevastopol was thwarted this morning. According to the official information of the RF Ministry of Defense, the «combined attack» involved 7 UAVs and two marine drones — high-speed unmanned boats. None of the enemy drones reached the target.

Two Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed by air defense systems over the Black Sea at a great distance from the coastline. Five more UAVs were suppressed by means of electronic warfare and, without reaching the targets, crashed.

Also in the northern part of the Black Sea, two unmanned boats of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were discovered and destroyed by fire from the standard armament of the water area protection boats.

There are no casualties or damage as a result of the suppressed terrorist attack.says in message Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

According to the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev, enemy drones tried to attack Chersonese, Sevastopol Bay, Balaklava and Cape Manganari.

I emphasize: no objects either in the city or in the water area were damaged. Our military confidently and calmly repulsed the attack of enemy drones on Sevastopol. From all Sevastopol residents — thank you for your service! Now the city is quiet and everything is calm. The air situation is being monitored. All operational services at the ready.
