The Ministry of Emergency Situations warns against burning grass and garbage. Maybe the numbers will convince
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Statistics of “landscape” fires and amounts of fines.
Since the beginning of the year, units of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea have extinguished 543 fires that were associated with the fire of dry vegetation, over the past week — 51 fires.
The main cause of such fires is careless handling of fire, including carelessness when smoking. Conditions conducive to the spread of fire were hot and windy weather,” the emergency department emphasized.
Yesterday, 2 “landscape” fires occurred in the Sovetsky district. The first — due to careless handling of fire — on the territory of a private household in the village of Sovetsky. There was a fire on an area of 20 square meters. m. The area of the second fire was 100 square meters — dry vegetation burned in an open area near the village of Krasnoflotskoye.
Let us remind you that a special fire regime has been established in Crimea, during which it is strictly forbidden to burn garbage and dry vegetation, carry out fire and other fire-hazardous work, and also make fires.
I would especially like to note that unextinguished cigarette butts and matches thrown out of vehicles often cause fires in dry vegetation. In case of violation of the above requirements, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine on citizens in the amount of ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; for officials — from thirty thousand to sixty thousand rubles; for persons carrying out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity — from sixty thousand to eighty thousand rubles; for legal entities — from four hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles— reminded the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
