Krympress reports:
The results were summed up as part of the preparation by the Ministry of Finance of the Crimea of the Consolidated Report following the results of the reports submitted by municipalities on the implementation of initiative budgeting projects last year
The Ministry of Finance of the Crimea summed up the work on the implementation of initiative budgeting practices (IB) in the territory of the republic for 2024. The results were summed up as part of the preparation of a consolidated report based on the results of the reports submitted by municipalities on the implementation of IB projects last year.
Having shared the results of the work of the main financial department of the republic in a dan direction, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko said that 127 applications from 117 rural settlements were submitted for competitive selection of IB projects as we want.
As a result, 98 initiative projects of citizens who won the competition were implemented, the participants of which were 1 urban and 116 rural settlements with initiative projects that are of priority importance for residents of the municipality and providing for financial support from inter -budget transfers from the budget of the republic.
The number of residents who took part in the definition and solution of problems of local significance exceeded 57 thousand people, more than 182 thousand people were stated direct well -being.,-quoted the press service Irina Kiviko.
The Deputy Prime Minister clarified that the total cost of actually implemented projects amounted to 152.2 million rubles. (122.7 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget, 16.8 million rubles from local budgets, the contribution of residents and sponsors — 12.7 million rubles).
The social effect of the implementation of initiative budgeting is indisputable and every year only increases — an open and constructive dialogue between residents and the administration is configured, allowing residents not only to convey to the heads of rural settlements the most pressing problems, but also to offer their participation in their solution— commented on Irina Kiviko.
She added that the inhabitants of settlements, based on the possible choice of 3 typologies of projects in 2024, gave preference to such areas as streets lighting (3 projects), objects of physical culture, mass sports (11), and improvement facilities (84).
Implementation facilities turned out to be very in demand. Of the 84 objects, 31 projects were implemented on the improvement of playgrounds, 32 — the improvement of public territories, 14 — the improvement of cemeteries and 7 — the repair of pedestrian paths and sidewalks— notes Irina Kiviko.
The deputy chairman also noted that for the period 2021 — 2024, 305 IB projects were implemented totaling almost 380 million rubles, including 301.6 million rubles at the expense of the republican budget, and 47.5 million rubles, due to initiative payments of residents and sponsors, 30.8 million rubles.
The involvement of citizens in resolving issues of local importance is an important direction in the work of the financial block of the municipality. Analyzing the amount of initiative payments of residents and sponsors in monetary form, I want to note that for every 10 rubles of republican funds for the implementation of projects there are about 1 ruble of investments of residents and sponsors. Given the successful experience in the implementation of previous years, in the draft budget of the Republic of Crimea for the implementation of initiative budgeting projects for 2025-2027, 417 million rubles are already provided for— says Irina Kiviko.
