The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Crimea presented objects implemented within the framework of school initiative budgeting

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, together with journalists, visited the objects implemented within the framework of school initiative budgeting.
We started getting acquainted with the projects of schoolchildren from the Chistensky school-gymnasium named after the Hero of Socialist Labor Tarasyuk Ivan Stepanovich, where the School Media Studio “Orientir” was created in 2024. The guys talked with the Deputy of the Crimean Government and recorded a video, which they will edit in their media studio and will soon post on social networks.
The implementation of such projects provides an opportunity to maximize the creative potential of students, express themselves, and the opportunity to try their hand at various types of activities — from humanitarian to technical. Over the two years of school initiative budgeting, 417 projects were implemented with a total cost of 143.4 million rubles, including a subsidy from the republican budget — 131.1 million rubles.notes Irina Kiviko.

The Deputy Prime Minister clarified that 140 projects out of 417 included in the typology “other projects to improve the territory and infrastructure of schools” are, for example: modernization of a school assembly hall, a shooting range, a center for children’s initiatives, equipping computer science classes, improvement of a school yard, garden , sports ground.
The chief financier of Crimea especially noted the districts that ensured the participation of absolutely all schools in the ShkIB-2024 project campaign: Krasnoperekopsky, Razdolnensky, Chernomorsky, Pervomaisky, Dzhankoysky, Sovetsky and Kirovsky.
The participants of the press tour got acquainted in schools with the theater of the Zalesskaya school, where the guys showed a comic miniature, the media center of the Pozharskaya school, in which the media center’s presenters interviewed the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako and learned about plans for student self-government in the Kolchugino school No. 2 with the Crimean Tatar language of instruction .
Over 2 years, 35 ShkIB projects were implemented in the Simferopol region for a total amount of more than 12 million rubles. In the draft budget for 2025, we have included 75.6 million rubles, we are waiting for new interesting ideas from the children, including students from schools in the Simferopol region,” summed up Irina Kiviko.
Reference: Selection conditions: ShkIB projects are selected by children during intra-school selection procedures, submitted to the republican competition and, in case of victory, are implemented with financial support: from the republican budget in the amount of up to 350 thousand rubles. for 1 project, from the budget of the municipal district in the amount of 5% of the project cost.
